Our core offering to job seekers is a personal profile page, featuring a professionally-taped video introduction we provide at our studio/office in Sacramento. This is a flexible, powerful tool and can be sent as a link in virtually any type of job application. It is the key to getting managers and HR professionals to spend more time on reviewing your qualifications.

Along with a video, your profile page is customizable by you to include contact information and a brief description of the video.

Resumes

Our resumes are professionally detailed to your needs. We research your history provided by you to ensure that we don’t miss anything. We identify all the critical issues of your professional achievements and commendations, all of your transferable skills.

Resumes are prepared by Janis Smith with her years of experience as owner of resume-writing company RDE Specialists. You will not find a higher-quality resume product in the area.

Cover Letters

Cover letter preparation is often more important than the resume for response on a specific job application. If you do not have a cover letter or if your cover letter does not impress the manager or recruiter they could pass up your resume completely. It would be an absolute shame to have created a beautiful resume to only have it set aside without even having it read.

A well phrased cover letter is basically a brief letter that introduces you to the manager/recruiter. It should be brief and to-the-point, and not redundant to your resume. The reader needs to be able to build an instant picture of you.

Video Practice Interviews with DVD

If you find yourself in the fortunate situation of landing interviews, but not getting job offers, consider the benefits of seeing yourself under the stress of this situation.

Our practice interview sessions will let you view and study how you look and respond in a real interview. We can schedule you for an appointment at our office for a mock interview. You would prepare just as if it were at a true interview for a job. After completing the interview you will be mailed a DVD that is yours to study in the convenience of your own home. You will be able to see where you are making possible mistakes and how can you improve your interviewing skills.
