General Policy

VideoProfile.tv, Inc. keeps all client information confidential. Videos and personal profiles may, according to client, be password protected. Emails information collected by VideoProfile.tv is used only by us and may be unsubscribed at any time.

All clients must sign a video release form prior to filming. VideoProfile.tv is not responsible for any misuse of video content. Videos are to be used exclusively for business and/or job-seeking purposes.

Data Collected

VideoProfile.tv, Inc. collects information for the purposes of delivering customer content and managing accounts. This information includes names, addresses, phone number, emails. For customers this information may also contain credit card and personal work/academic history. Customers may also supply and post links to personal, non-affiliated websites, and files containing their own personal content. VideoProfile.tv, Inc. does not collect birth dates or social security numbers, however we may ask that users identify themselves as 18 or over.

About Search Engines

Personal Profile pages, by default, are excluded from search engine spiders such as Google, MSN, and Yahoo. "Featured" profiles are indexable and can, depending on the candidate's name, rank fairly high on search results.

Password-protected profile pages are not indexable in any form.
