1. Make an Appointment

2. Tape your Video

Ideally, prepare and practice a script prior to your appointment. Click here to see a sample script. If you do not feel comfortable writing a script, we will do one for you during your appointment, free of charge.

Come dressed to your appointment as you will to your job interviews, and avoid wearing a striped or checkered shirt. We will take care of everything else, and you will look great!

You don't have to be perfect! You don't have to (or even want to) look like a broadcast professional. The great thing about video resumes is that your competition is a pile of faceless paper resumes. And the best part is that when an employer invites you to an in-person interview, it is a "warm" interview with a stronger likelihood of a job offer.

3. Spread the Word

There are so many ways to get your video resume seen by the right people. We give you a link to your own page on our site, which you use in many ways!

• Links on web pages (such as LinkedIn, personal blogs, Facebook, and MySpace
• Link on the "signature" line on all your emails
• Link on resumes and cover letters

• Mention to recruiters on the phone, follow up with an email with the link attached

4. Get Hired!

If you are serous about your job search, and you send your video out on job applications at least several times a day, response should be immediate. Typically, clients following our system pro-actively find a position within 3-6 weeks, and we have had some hires within less than two weeks. Obviously this will vary on a person-to-person basis.
